Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Pega-based software systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and document new and existing software applications for internal use.
• Gather and analyze business system requirements to create application models.
• Perform defect corrections through deep analysis, design, and code updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and system outages.
• Test and debug software components throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Pega CSA Certification.
• 5+ years of development experience with Pega 7.0 or Pega 8.0 and above.
• 3+ years of development experience with Java/J2EE.
• 2+ years of experience with relational databases, SQL, and data modeling.
• 2+ years of experience with web-based applications including JSP, Servlets, HTML, JavaScript, and Ajax.
• 2+ years of experience with XML.
• 2+ years of experience with multi-threaded applications and components.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent IT work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Telecom industry.
• Experience with Telecom Order entry.
