Description

You will design, implement, and support Pega 7.x BPM workflows and own end-to-end delivery of functional Pega solutions from backlog grooming to application demos.

Responsibilities

• Transform business requirements into functional Pega BPM solutions.
• Lead teams in creating data entry forms based on UI/UX designs.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with Pega COE development standards.
• Collaborate with Agile teams on backlog grooming, user story expansion, and daily stand-ups.
• Mentor new team members and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT experience.
• 5 years of experience creating Pega BPM solutions.
• Proficiency in Pega 7.x BPM, Java, SOA, WSDL, and Web services.
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, and XHTML.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle DB development and database design.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Jenkins, BIX, and REST API.
• Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) certification.

Preferred Skills

• Lead System Architect (LSA) certification.
