Job Description : 

Contribute to the design and configuration of Pega-based solutions that align with business and technical requirements under guidance from senior architects
Develop, configure, and implement Pega application components including case types, flows, activities, UI rules, and integrations
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to help define system specifications, workflows, data requirements, and integration needs
Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails, coding standards, and software engineering best practices throughout the development lifecycle
Provide technical support and mentorship to junior developers, escalating complex design decisions as needed
Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex Pega issues such as workflow logic, integration errors, and rule conflicts
Participate in code reviews, ensuring quality, performance, maintainability, and adherence to standards
