Sr. Pega Developer

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex Pega solutions within a Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and design Pega solutions that align with business requirements and standards.
• Integrate quality code and design patterns within planned sprint timelines.
• Transform legacy workflow applications into modern Pega-based solutions.
• Partner with solution architects and the Pega COE to ensure compliance with architecture, security, and development standards.
• Develop scalable technical solutions using reusable components and maintain technical documentation, system diagrams, and status reports.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total IT experience, with at least 5 years of progressive experience in Pega.
• Pega Certified System Architect (CSSA) certification.
• Proven experience in high-level architecture and roadmap delivery.
• 2-4+ years of experience in the financial or banking industry.
• Proficiency with Cloud, DevOps, IBM, Oracle, UNIX, AIX, Windows, Java/J2EE, Databases, and Mainframe.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies and iterative development cycles.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify patterns, results, or relationships.
