Description

Design and develop Pega PRPC applications to support eligibility determination, enrollment, and member management workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Pega PRPC applications using best practices, guardrails, and coding standards.
• Implement case management features, flows, and UI components (Sections, harnesses, Skins) to support business requirements.
• Integrate Pega with external systems via SOAP/REST APIs, connectors, services, queues, MQ, and databases.
• Translate business requirements into functional Pega rules, data transforms, activities, and decisioning logic.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshoot defects, and support system/integration testing cycles.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5-8 years in Pega PRPC development.
• Certified Pega CSA or CSSA (2019 and before).
• Strong hands-on experience with Pega Case Management, File Listener, Job Scheduler, Activities, Data Transforms, and Flows.
• Experience building eligibility and enrollment systems (Medicaid, ACA marketplace, CHIP, or government benefits).
• Knowledge of BPM concepts, workflows, and case lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in integrating with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs and Azure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of eligibility rules engines and enrollment business processes.
• Familiarity with cloud deployments (Pega Cloud, AWS, Azure).
• Experience in government healthcare modernization projects.
