Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level Pega applications, ensuring strict adherence to platform standards and managing implementation risks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design Pega solutions and lead large-scale Pega projects.
• Mentor junior architects and developers.
• Collaborate with business leaders and project managers to manage business processes.
• Contribute to the design and development of enterprise-level applications to enhance customer experience.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of software development experience with a focus on Pega technology.
• Proficiency in Pega Platform and Pega Infinity.
• Strong background in J2EE, Java, JSP, and EJB.
• Hands-on experience with XML, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5.
• Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Proven project management skills and problem-solving ability.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect or Certified Pega Business Architect.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, microservices, and containerization.
