Description

Design and automate business processes using Pega BPM within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business owners and engineers to automate workflows via BPM solutions.
• Implement technical deliverables including services, integrations, reporting, and web services.
• Partner with customers to validate requirements and customize application user interfaces.
• Optimize system configurations, applications, services, and database queries.
• Implement process monitoring and perform system performance tuning.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience developing and supporting production processes using Pega BPM.
• 2+ years of experience querying and integrating with relational databases like Oracle.
• 2+ years of experience in application development using Java, J2EE, or C#.
• Hands-on experience with application integration using SOA and web services.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for extending Pega functionality.
• Ability to pass a hands-on coding test in SQL or PL/SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience maintaining and supporting existing Pega applications to ensure optimal user experience.
