Description

You will lead technical development and performance optimization within the Pega PRPC environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Pega UI components including Harness, Sections, and Flow Actions.
• Develop complex logic using Data Transforms, Declarative rules, and Decision Rule Types.
• Manage Case Management and Data Management workflows using Pega 7 components.
• Perform application troubleshooting and performance tuning using Tracer, PLA, and Clipboard.
• Build and maintain Report Definitions, List-View, and Summary-View Reports.

Required Skills

• Pega PRPC certification (both CSA and CSSA required).
• 15+ years of IT work experience.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Deep technical expertise in Pega BPM and Pega 7 components.
• Hands-on experience with Pega UI, Harness, and Sections.
• Proficiency with Integration Rules and Pega guardrails.
• Expertise in Data Transforms and Declarative rules.
• Strong troubleshooting skills using Tracer, PLA, and Clipboard.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Report Definitions and Summary-View Reports.
