Description

You will design, develop, document, test, and debug Pega applications and software systems for internal use. You will own the full software development lifecycle, from gathering user requirements to responding to outages and performing defect corrections. You will consult with business clients to refine and debug programs that meet specific business needs. You will also interact with third-party partners to drive technology initiatives. This role requires independent operation and the ability to mentor others on procedural matters.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Pega applications and system models.
• Analyze requirements and respond to production outages.
• Perform defect corrections including analysis, design, and coding.
• Consult with business clients to refine and test programs.
• Mentor team members on procedural and technical matters.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Pega platform development.
• Hands-on experience with Java.
• Experience with Springboot frameworks.
• Knowledge of Golang.
• Ability to operate independently on complex technical tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience directing third-party partners on technology initiatives.
• Proven track record of mentoring junior developers.
