Description
You will own development and maintenance within a full-stack agile team.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Pega rulesets, strategies, treatments, and offers/actions, working closely with the business.
- Support both new development and production support for Pega systems.
- Handle Pega installations, migrations, upgrades, and patching.
- Troubleshoot Pega issues using Clipboard, Tracer, Pega Log review, Performance Analyzer, and PDC.
- Develop using Pega Agents, Activities, and Job Schedulers.
Required Skills
- 7-10 years of experience in relevant engineering roles.
- Experience with Pega rulesets, strategies, treatments, and offers/actions.
- Experience in CDH data integration via Connect-Rest, Connect-SOAP, Data Pages, and Data Flows.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Pega issues using Clipboard, Tracer, and PDC.
- Experience with Pega Agents, Activities, and Job Schedulers.
- Familiarity with Pega installations, migrations, upgrades, and patching processes.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in banking or finance industry is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Pega Cloud Customer Decision Hub (Infinity 24 +).
- Experience in Containerization (Kubernetes / Docker).
