Description

You will design and build scalable Pega workflows, managing case types, stages, flows, and SLAs while adhering to strict guardrails and reusable design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Model complex case management structures, including sub-cases, cover/covered structures, and decision logic.
• Configure user experiences via App Studio and Dev Studio, leveraging Constellation and DX API patterns.
• Integrate Pega with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and eventing patterns like Kafka.
• Implement document-centric automation by orchestrating OCR and AI services within workflows.
• Own the CI/CD pipeline via Deployment Manager, including branch-based development and Azure-backed promotions.
• Optimize platform performance using PAL, Tracer, DB Trace, and PDC.
• Lead peer reviews and mentor associate engineers on Pega best practices.
• Support production through incident triage, root cause analysis, and hotfix delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Pega development.
• Proficiency with Data Pages and Data Transforms.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integration.
• Experience with Kafka or similar eventing patterns.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and Deployment Manager.
• Ability to implement security via ABAC/RBAC and access groups.
• Experience with PegaUnit, scenario testing, and automated regression.
• Competency in using PAL, Tracer, and PDC for performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of Directly Capture Objectives (DCO).
