Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable Pega applications, owning the full lifecycle from case modeling to production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Model case types, stages, flows, assignments, SLAs, and sub-case structures to deliver business automation.
• Implement Pega logic using data pages, data transforms, activities, decision tables, and when rules.
• Integrate Pega with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP connectors, file/queue patterns, and Robotic Process Automation.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Deployment Manager, handling packaging and environment promotion.
• Triage production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and deliver hotfixes while maintaining platform currency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Deep expertise in modeling Pega case types, flows, and related structures.
• Proficiency in implementing Pega logic using data pages, data transforms, and when rules.
• Experience with integration patterns including REST and SOAP connectors.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment management for enterprise applications.
• Experience enforcing security using Pega roles, ABAC/RBAC, and service policies.
• Ability to optimize performance using Pega tools like PAL and Tracer.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Constellation or DX API patterns.
• Familiarity with eventing platforms like JMS or Kafka.
