Description

You will lead the technical architecture and implementation of Pegasystems solutions, translating business needs into functional workflows and managing team delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture and system design using Pegasystems frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional workflows.
• Manage end-to-end integration using SOAP and RESTful services.
• Drive development within Agile environments and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and oversee technical team delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Pegasystems development and system architecture experience.
• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification.
• Expertise in Pegasystems 8.x and PRPC.
• Deep knowledge of Constellation UI and Customer Service frameworks.
• Experience with Case Management, Integration, and Security protocols.
• Proficiency with Pegasystems CRM, BPM, and Cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP and REST integrations.
• Practical application of CI/CD and Agile methodologies.
• Strong business requirement gathering and team leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• CLSA Part 1 & 2 certifications (pre-2020).
