Description

You will design, build, and maintain PeopleSoft application solutions to meet functional and non-functional business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Code and build application solutions based on specifications from Requirements Analysts and Architects.
• Lead unit testing and functional test coverage to ensure code quality and accuracy.
• Represent the development team during code and technical reviews to detect defects in requirements, design, and test cases.
• Collaborate with Architects to design and develop proof of concept and prototype application environments.
• Lead production support activities including incident management, code corrections, upgrades, and patches.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with PeopleSoft Financials, PeopleSoft HR/Payroll, and PeopleTools.
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft Workflow, Security, and Internet Architecture.
• Deep knowledge of HRMS processes: Recruiting, position management, leave accrual, benefits, time tracking, and payroll (pay, tax, and W-2).
• Experience with Financials modules: eProcurement, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Budget, and General Ledger.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases including DB2 and SQL Server.
• Expertise in Visual Basic, Crystal Reports, nVision, and XML Publisher.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, development, and implementation.
• Experience managing maintenance, upgrades, and customizations for PeopleSoft and purchased commercial systems.
