Description

You design, develop, and support complex PeopleSoft HCM solutions, owning the full lifecycle from technical specification to production support.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement PeopleSoft HCM modules, including Payroll, Time and Labor, and Absence Management.
• Write and optimize complex SQL, PL/SQL, and Application Engine programs.
• Triage, debug, and resolve recurring system defects and high-complexity issues.
• Develop technical design specifications, test plans, and conversion strategies for system implementations.
• Provide advanced production support and participate in on-call rotations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.x.
• Deep understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM data model.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL development.
• Experience with Application Engine for batch processing.
• Hands-on knowledge of Fluid technology, Tile, Event mapping, and Page Field Configurator.
• Ability to author clear technical documentation and test plans.
• Experience with object migration tools such as STAT or PHIRE.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading large-scale system implementation projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
