You will lead end-to-end performance test cycles and optimize system efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end performance test cycles independently.
• Perform code profiling, heap dump, and thread dump analysis to resolve bottlenecks.
• Execute frontend and client-side analysis for site optimization.
• Monitor system health and performance using APM tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of performance testing and engineering experience.
• 2+ years of software development experience in Java.
• Experience with cloud platforms including GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• 5+ years of experience using load testing tools such as LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or JMeter.
• Proficiency in APM tools like Dynatrace, DataDog, or AppDynamics.
• Hands-on experience with heap dump and thread dump analysis.
• Ability to work with Java and Python.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Grafana for monitoring analysis.
