Description

You will own the performance testing and monitoring lifecycle within an Agile/Scrum environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute load testing using JMeter or LoadRunner to identify system bottlenecks.
• Monitor application health and performance using tools like TeamQuest, OMi, CloudWatch, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, or DataDog.
• Automate infrastructure and deployment tasks using Terraform, Chef, Jenkins, or Python.
• Analyze messaging systems and RESTful web services using JSON and XML.
• Manage and optimize relational databases including Oracle and MSSQL.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering.
• Proficiency with J2EE, Unix, or Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including Kinesis, Elastic Beanstalk, CloudWatch, and Lambda.
• Experience with Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Service Bus, and Kubernetes Services.
• Strong scripting skills in Perl, Unix shell, Python, Terraform, Chef, or Jenkins.
• Knowledge of JMS/IBM-MQ messaging systems.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and SDLC methodologies.
• Working knowledge of MongoDB and relational databases like Oracle or MSSQL.
• Ability to work with JSON and XML data formats.
