Description

You will lead performance testing efforts for organizational applications, from planning and scripting to analysis and reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare performance test plans, design simulation scripts, and manage test data.
• Execute Load, Stress, Failover, and Endurance tests aligned with business requirements.
• Analyze performance results to identify bottlenecks and debug root cause issues.
• Prepare summary reports for every release cycle and mentor less experienced engineers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in performance testing.
• Expertise in LoadRunner Enterprise for API and GUI applications.
• Proficiency in scripting Web (HTTP/HTML) and TruClient protocols using LoadRunner Enterprise.
• Ability to troubleshoot using error logs and analyze error information effectively.
• Experience with SiteScope or AppDynamics monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in SQL Server Management Studio (SQL).
• Ability to collaborate in a global team with overlapping hours with U.S. Eastern time zone.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Postman and OpenShift.
• Experience with AWS performance testing.
