Description

You will lead performance testing efforts to ensure system stability and scalability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed performance test plans and execution scenarios based on gathered requirements.
• Execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing using LoadRunner.
• Analyze test results to identify root causes and document findings in actionable reports.
• Perform parameterization, correlation, and data-driven testing to ensure realistic test flows.
• Convert stakeholder requirements into technical test scenarios.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing.
• Hands-on proficiency with LoadRunner.
• Strong knowledge of HTTP, HTTPS, REST, WebSocket, and SOAP protocols.
• Experience with parameterization and correlation techniques.
• Ability to perform front-end performance testing using Lighthouse and WebPageTest.
• Proven ability to identify system bottlenecks and perform root cause analysis.
• Any Graduate degree.
