Description

You will lead performance testing efforts across system and application levels.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define the performance testing strategy and develop comprehensive test plans to mitigate system quality risks.
• Evaluate automation tools for suitability and develop custom performance testing frameworks.
• Provide project estimations by analyzing specific technical requirements.
• Review and validate test scripts developed by the team.
• Manage task dependencies and stakeholder support to ensure testing objectives are met.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in load and performance testing.
• Proficiency with JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Perl, and JavaScript.
• Experience working within Unix environments.
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree.
