Description

You will lead performance testing efforts to ensure application stability and responsiveness under load.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance testing to identify bottlenecks and assess system responsiveness under various loads.
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and plans based on project requirements.
• Analyze CPU utilization, memory usage, and network usage to pinpoint system issues.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce, troubleshoot, and verify fixes for identified defects.
• Document test results, track defects in JIRA, and maintain accurate testing records.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in performance and load testing for microservices and web applications.
• Proficiency in Python and Pytest framework.
• Hands-on experience with JMeter, Postman, or other open-source performance testing tools.
• Experience with AWS services including S3, CloudWatch, and DataDog.
• Strong knowledge of Lambda, Kafka, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to write SQL database queries.
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies, test case design, and defect tracking in JIRA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience improving testing processes, methodologies, and tools to increase efficiency.
