Description

You will own the end-to-end performance testing lifecycle for enterprise applications, ensuring timely deployment and optimal system capacity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create performance testing deliverables including test approaches, plans, requirements, and results.
• Execute load testing against AIX, JAVA/J2EE, WebSphere, and DB2 environments using JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Analyze scalability, throughput, and load testing metrics to validate system performance.
• Recommend system capacity and performance changes using quantitative methods and historical data.
• Coordinate with software development teams in an agile environment to respond to changing requirements.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in performance testing.
• Proficiency with JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Experience testing AIX, JAVA/J2EE, WebSphere, and DB2 environments.
• Ability to manage system tuning and workload balance.
• Experience working within agile development frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating throughput and scalability metrics.
• Any Graduate degree.
