Description

You will own performance testing and load simulation across critical systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute load tests using NeoLoad to validate system performance against requirements.
• Migrate existing test scripts from LoadRunner to NeoLoad.
• Integrate NeoLoad tests with Selenium for end-to-end performance validation.
• Diagnose bottlenecks across application, server, and database layers.
• Automate test cases and integrate NeoLoad into CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience with Tricentis NeoLoad functionality, scripting, and features.
• Proficiency with SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with OpenText Performance Center, LoadRunner, and DataDog.
• Strong understanding of Server, Network, Virtualization, and Database concepts.
• Experience with at least two relational database management systems (e.g., DB2, Oracle, MongoDB).
• Experience using Jira for test management.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile processes.
