Description

You will own performance testing and migration efforts for critical systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and run load tests using Tricentis NeoLoad to validate system performance.
• Write scripts to automate test cases and integrate NeoLoad into CI/CD pipelines.
• Migrate existing test scripts from LoadRunner to NeoLoad.
• Integrate NeoLoad with Selenium for end-to-end performance validation.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience with Tricentis NeoLoad functionality and scripting.
• Proven proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with OpenText Performance Center / LoadRunner and DataDog.
• Strong understanding of Server, Network, Virtualization, and Database concepts.
• Experience with at least two relational database management systems (DB2, Oracle, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with system and application monitoring concepts.
• Experience with Jira and SDLC/Agile processes.
• Experience integrating NeoLoad with Selenium.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Healthcare Insurance Industry.
• AWS experience.
