Description

You will own performance testing strategy and execution for critical applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recommend Non-Functional Requirement (NFR) targets through application analysis.
• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts and scenarios, creating detailed reports.
• Elicit performance SLAs, requirements, and KPI expectations from diverse stakeholders.
• Analyze test results to draw sound conclusions and collaborate with developers to resolve performance issues.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities effectively.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in performance testing.
• Expertise with Jmeter and BlazeMeter.
• Experience with LoadRunner or StormRunner.
• Proficiency with performance monitoring tools like DataDog, Splunk, and Azure AppInsight.
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases and query tools.
• Knowledge of Azure infrastructure components and Kubernetes clusters.
• Strong ability to facilitate requirement gathering sessions with various project stakeholders.
