Description

You will define, implement, and standardize the core components of the enterprise AI platform (AI Foundry), establishing best practices and reference architectures for AI/ML application development.

Responsibilities

• Build initial applications on the platform, such as chatbots and copilots, to prove out build capabilities for future scaling by other dev teams.
• Integrate with Copilot Studio and Microsoft Copilot to manage access, identities, and security compliance within enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders as a senior individual contributor, mentoring junior members and supporting cross-functional teams.
• Partner with leadership on adoption strategy and present technical work clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Python development as the core language for AI and data science.
• Proven experience with AI/ML platform engineering or enterprise-scale data platforms.
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot, or similar tools for enterprise AI integration.
• Knowledge of identity and security integration in enterprise environments.
• Background in large enterprise or consulting environments.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building enterprise AI platforms from the ground up.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI services such as Azure OpenAI or AWS AI/ML.
• Prior experience in the oil & gas or energy sector.
