Description

You will own the architecture and development of the enterprise AI platform, establishing core components, best practices, and reference architectures for AI/ML applications.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement standard frameworks for AI/ML application development on the enterprise platform.
• Build initial AI-enabled applications, such as chatbots and copilots, to prove build capabilities for scaling by future teams.
• Manage access, identities, and security compliance using Copilot Studio and Microsoft Copilot, integrating with enterprise identity management systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders to support adoption strategies and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Python development for AI and data science workflows.
• Proven experience with AI/ML platform engineering or enterprise-scale data platforms.
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot, or similar tools for enterprise AI integration.
• Knowledge of identity and security integration within enterprise environments.
• Background in large enterprise or consulting environments.
• Ability to operate as a strong individual contributor while collaborating with leadership.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building enterprise AI platforms from the ground up.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI services such as Azure OpenAI or AWS AI/ML.
