Description

You will manage project administration and tracking for large-scale Oracle ERP implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed project plans using MS Project.
• Track project progress, baselines, and variances using established metrics.
• Identify project risks and maintain strict scope control.
• Coordinate with multiple leads to provide regular status updates to the Program Manager.
• Report project metrics and present findings to key stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a PMO Analyst.
• Hands-on experience supporting large Oracle ERP projects.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Expertise in MS Project for plan management.
• Experience reporting on project metrics, baselines, and variances.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with project leads.
• Background in supporting multi-million-dollar ERP implementations.
• Any Graduate degree.
