We are looking for a Sr. Power Apps Developer (Sr. Power Platform Developer) with at least 8 years of IT experience.   We are looking for a resource that has experience developing "full page PCFs" (custom controls) for mobile/tablet field applications .   This resource must have experience building Power Apps. They need experience with both Model-Driven and Canvas Apps types.

Role Summary: Seeking a senior PowerApps Enterprise Developer to deliver enterprise-grade solutions on Microsoft Power Platform. Candidates must demonstrate high proficiency in developing custom PCF controls, React framework, Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Mobile Apps, and Power Pages. Experience with ITIL processes, DevOps, DevSecOps, and GitHub-based ALM is essential.

Top Desired Skills: Candidates must expert level enterprise level developer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop "full page PCFs" (custom controls) for mobile/tablet field applications
• Build scalable solutions on Model-Driven and Canvas Apps
• Integrate with Dataverse, plugins, APIs, and Azure services
• Manage ALM pipelines using GitHub Actions and Power Platform CLI
• Follow ITIL and DevSecOps practices for governance and compliance

Secondary Skills:

• Dynamics 365 and/or D365 Field Service or Project Operations experience
• Industrial mobile field application development experience
• Implement secure portals using Power Pages
• Enforce enterprise security (RBAC, DLP policies)

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications: PL-400 preferred; PL-600/AZ-204 a plus
