Description

You will manage the Power BI environment, ensuring secure, performant, and scalable reporting solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize data models in Power BI, leveraging Microsoft Fabric for performance tuning and efficient querying.
• Manage Power BI workspaces, gateways, and tenant/multi-tenant configurations to ensure system stability.
• Implement and maintain the Power BI security model, including Report Level Security (RLS) and security groups.
• Develop user-friendly reports following visualization best practices and drive adoption through usage metric analysis.
• Orchestrate deployment pipelines and utilize Fabric ETL tools for efficient data preprocessing and integration.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI and visualization technologies.
• Deep understanding of Power BI security models, workspace management, and gateway administration.
• Proficiency in creating optimized data models and utilizing Microsoft Fabric for data pipelines and analytics.
• Experience with Power BI embed processes and report distribution mechanisms.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience using JIRA for project tracking.
• Ability to interpret business processes and align technical solutions with application relationships.
