Description

Architect and deliver enterprise-scale Power BI and Microsoft Fabric solutions, owning the full lifecycle from semantic modeling to CI/CD deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design semantic models using star schemas, composite models, and DAX frameworks for enterprise reporting.
• Build Microsoft Fabric workloads including Lakehouse, Warehouse, Dataflow Gen2, and DirectLake connectivity.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (PBIP format) across Dev/QA/Prod tiers with XMLA endpoints and REST API automation.
• Enforce security compliance by implementing RLS, OLS, and sensitivity label policies.
• Lead discovery workshops and advise CDO/CTO-level stakeholders on BI strategy and emerging tooling.

Required Skills

• 6+ years in BI/analytics with 3+ years architecting Power BI solutions at enterprise scale.
• Deep expertise in DAX, M query, calculation groups, field parameters, and composite models.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse).
• Experience managing Power BI Premium or Microsoft Fabric capacity (F-SKP-SKUs), including performance tuning.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps CI/CD, Azure data platform (ADF, Synapse, Azure SQL).
• Consulting or professional services background with client-facing delivery experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Power BI MCP server, Fabric Data Agent, and AI-assisted analytics workflows.
• Microsoft certifications (DP-600, PL-300) or SQLBI Mastering DAX/Tabular.
• Experience with Databricks and Snowflake.
