Description

You will design and deliver data visualization solutions and analytical reports using the Microsoft Power BI stack.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI using standard visuals and data storytelling techniques.
• Develop complex measures and calculated columns using DAX.
• Create paginated reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Design dimensional models, including tabular modeling, to support business requirements.
• Manage ETL processes and ensure data accuracy from high-level requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience using Power BI.
• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or Data Engineer.
• Expertise in writing DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
• Strong proficiency in SQL language.
• Experience with Python.
• Deep understanding of dimensional modeling and tabular modeling.
• Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) frameworks.
• Experience with database management systems and data management principles.
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of tenure in similar roles.
