Description

Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize data models using star schema design and performance tuning techniques.
• Develop complex DAX calculations and define business metrics and KPI logic.
• Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Document solutions in Jira and Confluence while adhering to ALM and Scrum practices.
• Use SQL for data analysis, validation, and supporting ETL processes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
• Strong, hands-on expertise with Power BI, including advanced DAX and Power Query (M).
• Excellent SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Understanding of data warehouse concepts and ETL workflows.
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Python for data processing or scripting.
• Familiarity with Power Apps for extended solution capabilities.
