Description

You will design, build, and govern enterprise solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, translating complex business requirements into functional technical implementations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, Power Apps, and Power Automate workflows to automate Azure AD tasks and business processes.
• Analyze and redesign business workflows, documenting solutions with flowcharts, design diagrams, and standard technical specifications.
• Implement Power Platform governance, ensuring consistency in metadata, content types, security standards, and IT best practices.
• Integrate solutions using APIs, REST services, and Power Automate Desktop for Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements, troubleshoot issues, and drive adoption of new processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of business systems analysis and support experience, with 4+ years developing on the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, including recent experience with Microsoft Teams solutions.
• Advanced SQL skills for data querying and integration within Power Platform environments.
• Experience with API and REST service integrations, including Azure AD automation.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical designs and manage end-to-end solution delivery.
• Experience with system analysis, process re-engineering, and change management to ensure solution adoption.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CIS, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with all levels of staff.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing training and knowledge transfer plans for IT staff.
• Familiarity with Power Virtual Agents and emerging AI technologies within the Power Platform.
