Optimize data performance and provide technical guidance for Power BI and SQL environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Review SQL queries, execution plans, partitions, and indexes to improve performance for long-running queries.
• Develop and maintain complex DAX queries for data visualization.
• Design MS SQL Server data models and schemas.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on Power BI and SQL tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data development and analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and DAX.
• Strong experience with MS SQL Server, including schema design and data modeling.
• Expertise in SQL performance tuning and query optimization.
• Experience with Pensions Benefit Management programs.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or equivalent certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or QlikView.
• Knowledge of programming languages including Python or R.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
