Description

You will develop and optimize data solutions using Power BI and SQL. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review existing SQL queries, execution plans, partitions, and indexes to identify and implement performance enhancements for slow queries.
• Write complex DAX queries to meet reporting requirements.
• Model data and design schemas within MS SQL Server environments.
• Analyze and improve data processes within Pensions Benefit Management programs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SQL development and data analysis.
• Expert proficiency in Power BI and MS SQL Server.
• Experience with data modeling and schema design in SQL Server.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or R.
• Experience with other BI tools, including Tableau or QlikView.
• Demonstrated ability to perform data analysis.
• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or equivalent certification.
