Description

You will design and implement business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse environments.
• Lead functionality discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions to map business use cases to technical solutions.
• Develop custom logic using .NET, C#, and JavaScript, including Azure Logic Apps and Functions.
• Integrate multiple data sources via API or REST services and manage standard and premium connectors.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, conduct code reviews, and enforce development standards and governance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Lead.
• 5+ years of experience in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services.
• 5+ years of custom development experience using .NET, C#, and JavaScript.
• 3+ years of experience designing and migrating solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• 3+ years of experience with PowerShell scripting.
• 3+ years of experience developing Azure Logic Apps and Functions.
• 3+ years of experience with MS Access and VBA for application redesign.
• Proficiency in SQL and Azure environments.
• Ability to work onsite in Richmond, VA, 2-3 days per week.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience with DevOps in Power Platform, including Power Pipelines or ALM Accelerator.
• PowerApps Professional or PowerApps Developer certifications.
