Description

You will own the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality Power Platform solutions using Agile practices. You will deliver scalable low-code and no-code applications that empower business users while ensuring strict adherence to agency standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy secure solutions across SharePoint, model-driven and canvas Power Apps, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Advise the team on best practices to enhance application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and select the appropriate Power Platform tools.
• Mentor team members and citizen developers on platform standards and proper usage.
• Create and maintain reusable custom components, custom connectors, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience developing high-quality, performant Power Platform code.
• 7+ years of experience designing and modeling databases for Power Platform applications.
• 7+ years of experience creating and leveraging custom components for reusable structures.
• 7+ years of experience designing and testing custom connectors for internal and external APIs.
• 7+ years of experience working with testing teams to create automated and unit tests.
• Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Strong experience with API integrations and testing methodologies.
• Ability to design scalable and performant architectures.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ years of experience with CI/CD tools for Power Platform.
