Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

You will own the release pipeline

Responsibilities

• Configure Dataverse, Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), and Power Automate to meet business requirements.
• Lead functionality discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions to map solutions to use cases.
• Develop prototypes and mockups to demonstrate platform capabilities and proposed solutions.
• Enforce development standards, participate in code reviews, and define governance approaches for platform usage.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, document technical solutions, and collaborate with system administrators to implement fixes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services.
• 5+ years designing, implementing, and migrating solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• 5+ years working with standard and premium connectors within Power Apps and Power Automate.
• 4+ years of custom development using .NET, C#, and JavaScript.
• 3+ years of experience with PowerShell scripting.
• 3+ years of experience with MS Access and VBA for application redesign.
• 3+ years developing Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions to support Power Automate.
• 3+ years of experience with DevOps in Power Platform.
• Proficiency in SQL, Azure, and Agile SDLC methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Platform DevOps including Power Pipelines and ALM Accelerator.
• PowerApps Professional or PowerApps Developer certifications.
