Description

You will design and maintain complex Power BI dashboards and semantic models, owning the end-to-end data flow from source to visualization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build complex, multi-page dashboards using Power BI with multiple data sources.
• Develop robust data models and write advanced DAX for calculations and performance tuning.
• Write complex SQL queries across Snowflake, Oracle, or Databricks to support reporting needs.
• Coordinate with IT and data hub teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain deployment standards and operate within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in BI development or analytics engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Strong SQL skills across platforms such as Snowflake, Oracle, or Databricks.
• Experience with ETL pipelines and understanding of analytics architecture.
• Ability to understand end-to-end data flow and mapping.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow enablement.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
• Experience migrating legacy reporting (e.g., SSRS) to Power BI.
