Description

You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using PowerBuilder, focusing on runtime executable creation and migration to Appeon.

Responsibilities

• Build and compile run-time executables for PowerBuilder applications.
• Develop and maintain application logic using PowerBuilder (Appeon 2017+).
• Implement backend services and integrations using Java.
• Manage database interactions via Oracle, SQL, stored procedures, and functions.
• Utilize GIT for source control and support DevOps workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of development experience with PowerBuilder.
• Proficiency in Appeon PowerBuilder version 2017 and above.
• Strong command of Java for backend development.
• Experience with Oracle database, SQL, stored procedures, and functions.
• Familiarity with GIT source control and DevOps practices.
• Unix/Unix scripting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant professional certifications in PowerBuilder or Java.
