Description

You will own the development, maintenance, and deployment of enterprise applications using PowerBuilder and Appeon.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PowerBuilder applications, focusing on Appeon version 2017 and above.
• Build and generate run-time executables for PowerBuilder applications.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for Oracle databases.
• Integrate Java components within the PowerBuilder environment.
• Manage source control using GIT and execute Unix scripting tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of development experience using PowerBuilder.
• Hands-on experience with Appeon (version 2017 or later).
• Proficiency in creating run-time executables for PowerBuilder.
• Strong Java programming skills.
• Expertise in Oracle, SQL, stored procedures, and functions.
• Experience with GIT for source control management.
• Ability to perform Unix/Unix scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Relevant technical certifications.
