Description

Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions for complex business problems, providing technical leadership across the development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI/ML models using supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.
• Develop efficient, scalable codebases in Python or Java, adhering to software design principles.
• Optimize existing models for performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews to ensure best practices in testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of total experience, including 5+ years specifically as an AI Architect.
• Proven domain experience in the telecom industry.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python or Java with strong data structures and algorithms knowledge.
• Deep knowledge of neural networks and hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
• Experience developing APIs and microservices for AI applications.
