Description

You will design and implement AI/ML models to solve complex business problems within the telecom domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable codebases using Python or Java.
• Optimize existing AI models and algorithms for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment of AI solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an AI Architect.
• Strong expertise in AI/ML implementation, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
• Deep knowledge of neural networks and their applications.
• Proficiency in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Expert-level coding skills in Python or Java.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Proven track record of successful AI/ML project implementations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and data processing frameworks.
