Define and shape the future of applied machine learning and agentic AI systems at scale, from prototype to production.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and deploy advanced ML models and AI sub-agents across the customer lifecycle.
• Partner with product and engineering leadership to define technical standards and system design principles.
• Contribute to long-term AI strategy development and implementation across the organization.
• Mentor senior data scientists and raise the bar for modeling rigor and production excellence.

Required Skills

• Machine Learning and Data Science with 5+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in Python and Statistical Modeling.
• Experience with Deep Learning and MLOps.
• Ability to work with large-scale, high-dimensional datasets.
• Strong background in Data Analysis and System Architecture.
• Proven leadership in technical architecture decisions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agentic AI systems.
