Description

You will own technical leadership for complex software systems in the infusion pumps ecosystem.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation of software development best practices for Digital Applications.
• Develop technical solutions for complex software system problems and deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
• Lead efforts translating user needs from commercial and clinical teams into system requirements.
• Lead risk analysis for Digital Applications, from hazard capture through mitigation.
• Participate in software design reviews and perform product backlog grooming within Agile planning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in an engineering discipline.
• Subject matter expertise in requirements management for regulated systems.
• Experience with Digital Applications (SaMD, MDDS) connected to regulated electro-mechanical devices.
• Experience developing in an Agile environment, including product backlog creation.
• Experience working in a regulated industry.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Experience with risk management frameworks.
