Description

You lead technical engineering efforts across complex programs and product lifecycles, directing cross-functional teams through planning, execution, and completion of large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams through detailed engineering work phases from initiation to closure.
• Direct projects within the client’s Product Lifecycle Management (PDLM) and Change Control Management (CCM) processes.
• Apply state-of-the-art techniques to drive new product development and product improvements.
• Generate technical documentation supporting all project deliverables and requirements.
• Plan and schedule engineering work while applying theories from outside primary expertise areas.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience leading and/or managing technical projects.
• Experience with Product Development methodologies.
• Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PDLM) and Change Control Management (CCM).
• Experience with disposable medical devices (e.g., IV sets).
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Experience utilizing engineering tools such as DMAIC, FMEA, or Statistical Analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

Preferred Skills

• 8+ years of total working experience.
• Ability to apply theories from outside the primary area of expertise to product development.
