Description

• Lead planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional programs.
• Develop and maintain program plans, roadmaps, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Ensure program activities align with organizational strategy, business objectives, and expected outcomes.
• Define, track, measure, and report program benefits, KPIs, and value realization.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations across multiple projects.
• Monitor program budgets, forecasts, expenditures, and overall financial performance.
• Oversee project schedules, milestones, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
• Prepare and deliver executive reports, dashboards, presentations, and steering committee materials.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and facilitate executive decision-making when required.
• Support project managers and teams in resolving program-related challenges.
• Maintain program documentation, including status reports, financials, risks, issues, action items, and lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable healthcare regulations.

Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)

• Minimum 7+ years of project and program management experience.
• Minimum 3+ years in a leadership role managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in program planning, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience managing program budgets, forecasts, and business financials.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies, tools, and software.
• Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Degree: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification.
• Experience working with vendors, implementation partners, and consulting organizations.
• Experience supporting executive steering committees and benefits realization management
