You will drive product strategy and operational excellence by bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution.
Responsibilities
Partner with Product Directors and PMs to define problem statements, success metrics, and quarterly OKRs for marketplace liquidity, origination, and servicing.
Build and maintain dashboards to track core KPIs including conversion, match rates, approval rates, funding speed, and delinquency.
Instrument data pipelines and events with engineering teams to ensure consistent measurement across web, mobile, and partner channels.
Analyze funnels and execute cohort studies to identify drop-offs and recommend experiment-driven improvements.
Translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria.
Manage partner and vendor data dependencies, monitor data quality, and triage integration issues to closure.
Operationalize product controls and maintain audit-ready artifacts for compliance with ECOA, Reg B, FCRA, UDAP, and Reg Z.
Required Skills
3-6 years of experience in product analytics, business analysis, or product operations within consumer fintech or marketplace environments.
Advanced SQL and spreadsheet proficiency for deep data analysis.
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Proficiency with event analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
Working knowledge of APIs, data models, and integration patterns.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Technology; MBA preferred.
Ability to coordinate stakeholders and manage product backlogs, decision logs, and SLAs.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Python or R for ad-hoc analysis and experimentation frameworks.
Familiarity with auto finance ecosystems, decision engines, LOS/LMS, KYC/IDV, or payment processors.
