Sr. Product Architect

Design and implement scalable, secure data systems for healthcare analytics. Own the end-to-end data architecture, from modeling to deployment, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and USCDI-US Core standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain logical, physical, and conceptual data models for clinical, claims, and member data.
• Implement interoperability solutions aligned with USCDI-US Core and healthcare regulations.
• Optimize data storage and processing pipelines to reduce latency and ensure real-time access.
• Establish data governance frameworks to ensure integrity, quality, and security across systems.
• Evaluate and recommend data management technologies and platforms for healthcare applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Data Architecture.
• Expertise in cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with integration tools: Azure Data Factory, Kafka.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards: HL7, FHIR, CCDs, HIE.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end data processing and management.
• Ability to work independently as a self-directed thought leader.
